About Haven
Little Piece of Haven started the same way many good things do - out of love, curiosity, and a little bit of "why not try it myself?"
I realized I didn't just enjoy candles - I was drawn to them, burning at least 1 every week. The scents, the glow, the way they could completely shift the mood of a space. So I decided to start making my own.
What began as a simple experiment and passion quickly turned into something more meaningful.
The name was inspired by my 1 year old puppy, Haven - my "little piece of haven" - and the feeling I wanted each candle to bring: calm, comfort, and a sense of home.
As the collection grew, so did the inspiration behind it. Some scents are tied to moments, others to feelings - and a few are inspired by the ones closest to me. Like Daisy, Haven's twin sister - who has (legs for days), and Diego, her senior-aged brother whose candle reflects his love for fresh air and long, peaceful walks.
The brand feels warm, personal, uplifting, and approachable. It has a polished aesthetic, but it never takes itself too seriously. At its heart, the brand is about creating feelings rather than simply selling fragrance. Not luxury for luxury’s sake -- comfortable luxury.
Almost every scent centers around comfort, calm, home, or emotional well-being. I want it to say to my customers: “You belong here.”
This brand is a mix of everything I love - comfort, creativity, a little playfulness, and the little things that make a space feel like home.
All products are hand-poured in small batches in Austin, TX and made with soy, coconut, apricot wax blends.
